Job Title: Land Surveyor



As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine the precise locations and measurements of land, including boundaries, buildings, roads, and other features. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate and reliable data is provided for projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and equipment such as GPS systems, total stations, and levels
- Analyze survey data and create maps, drawings, and reports
- Ensure accuracy of measurements and calculations
- Research land records to obtain information on property boundaries and ownership
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide accurate survey data for projects
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and answer any questions or concerns they may have
- Maintain survey equipment and perform regular calibrations as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor (minimum of 2 years)
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Proficient in the use of surveying tools such as GPS systems, total stations, and levels
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documents
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, codes, and standards related to land surveying
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
