Land Surveyor (Utena, Lithuania)


We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine the exact locations and measurements of boundaries, structures, and other features on the land. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$, open to both Malayalees and Filipinos with no English language requirements and no prior experience necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Interpret survey data and create accurate maps, diagrams, and reports
- Identify property boundaries and prepare legal descriptions for properties
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions accordingly
- Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers, architects, and construction workers to ensure accurate survey results
- Adhere to safety procedures while conducting surveys

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in land surveying is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of land surveying techniques and equipment
- Ability to read maps, plans, and blueprints
- Strong mathematical skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment
