Team Lead - Operations Management

As a Team Lead for Operations Management, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of professionals to ensure the efficient and effective operations of our company in Moscow. You will lead and motivate a diverse team to meet performance targets and provide exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of operations staff, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and daily task assignments
- Monitor team performance against KPIs and provide coaching and support to improve results
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives
- Maintain open communication with team members to foster a positive work environment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in operations management or related field
- Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify areas for improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (Russian language skills are an asset)

We offer competitive salary of 1300$ per month plus benefits package. This is a full-time position based in Moscow. Applicants must have a valid biometric passport.
