We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Teamlead to join our growing team in Moscow, Russia. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and team leadership, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure successful completion of projects
- Create project plans, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project updates, address any issues or concerns, and provide guidance and support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and allocate resources accordingly
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching or training as needed to ensure high-quality work output
- Communicate with clients or stakeholders to provide project updates, address any concerns, and maintain positive relationships
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Project Management)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or team leadership role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language proficiency is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality
- Previous experience working in an international or multicultural environment is preferred
