We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our growing team in Utena, Lithuania. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of architecture, with a strong portfolio showcasing their design and technical skills. This position is suitable for men who are passionate about architecture and have excellent project management abilities.

As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of the design process, from conceptualization to construction. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create innovative and functional designs that meet their expectations. Your role will also involve managing a team of architects and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

In addition to your design responsibilities, you will also be expected to handle project documentation, including drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and schedules. You should have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge in building materials, construction techniques, and building codes. You should also have experience in using various design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other similar programs.

This position requires a high level of creativity and attention to detail. The ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously is crucial. Requirements:

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.
