A reputable architectural firm in Utena is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of the design and construction process, managing project teams, and collaborating with clients to bring their visions to life.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of the design and construction process, from conceptualization to completion
- Lead project teams and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Develop innovative design solutions that meet client requirements and adhere to building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits, review drawings, and provide technical guidance to project teams
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on professional development
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and team members
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects within budget and schedule constraints
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also independently managing multiple projects
- Fluent English language skills required; additional languages are a plus
