Metal Fabricator


We are a leading metal fabrication company based in Akron, seeking a skilled and experienced Metal Fabricator to join our team. As a Metal Fabricator, you will be responsible for creating and repairing metal structures, tools, and equipment using a variety of techniques and equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
- Measure and mark dimensions on metal materials using various tools such as rulers, calipers, and squares
- Cut, shape, bend, and weld metal materials using manual or automated methods
- Assemble metal parts using bolts, screws, rivets or welding techniques
- Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality control
- Repair damaged or worn metal structures or equipment as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Metal Fabricator or similar role in the metalworking industry
- Strong knowledge of different types of metals and their properties
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Ability to operate various hand tools and welding equipment
- Attention to detail with strong mathematical skills
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Akron (ability to relocate preferred)
Visa Sponsorship: Available for qualified candidates from India with English proficiency.
