Architectural Technologist - Mauren, India


We are searching for an experienced and skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Mauren, India. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting architects in the design and construction of various buildings and structures. You will use your technical expertise to create detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for projects.

Your main duties will include conducting site visits and surveys, producing accurate 2D/3D drawings using software such as AutoCAD or Revit, and collaborating with architects and other professionals to develop building designs. Additionally, you will be responsible for researching building materials and technologies to ensure compliance with local building codes.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of building regulations and construction methods. You should also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. A degree in Architectural Technology or a related field is required, along with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

This is a contract position without accommodation provided. Candidates must have a valid biometric passport and be willing to travel occasionally for site visits. Fluency in English is required.
