Body Repair Master
As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicle bodies, including frames, panels, and other structural components. You will use your expertise in body repair techniques to assess damage, determine the best course of action for repairs, and complete the necessary work to bring vehicles back to their original condition.
Your main duties will include identifying and evaluating damage, disassembling damaged parts, repairing or replacing damaged components, straightening frames and panels, welding or bonding new parts into place, and ensuring all repairs meet safety standards. You will also be responsible for painting and finishing repaired areas to match the rest of the vehicle.
To excel in this role, you must have a thorough understanding of body repair techniques and processes, as well as experience working with various tools and equipment such as welders, paint sprayers, sanders, and grinders. Attention to detail is crucial in order to accurately assess damage and complete repairs to a high standard.
As part of our team in Triesen, you will work closely with other technicians and mechanics to ensure timely completion of repairs. Excellent communication skills are essential for collaborating with colleagues and providing updates on progress.
This position requires physical strength and stamina as it involves working with heavy machinery and standing for long periods of time. You must also have good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for precise repair work.
We are seeking a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in body repair for this role. Certification in body repair or a related field is preferred but not required. Fluency in English is also preferred but not required.
