Quantity Surveyor


We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Dubrovnik. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the quantity surveying process, including estimating costs, negotiating contracts, and providing advice on cost-effective solutions. This position requires an experienced professional with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting feasibility studies and cost estimates for potential projects
- Negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
- Collaborating with project managers to ensure budget adherence
- Providing cost advice and recommendations to project teams
- Evaluating project progress and making changes to budget as needed
- Preparing and submitting progress reports to clients
- Conducting risk assessments and developing contingency plans
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Familiarity with relevant software programs such as AutoCAD and MS Office Suite

Salary:
$1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
Dubrovnik, Croatia (Indian nationality preferred)

Candidates must have their own valid visa for work in Croatia.
