To excel in this role, you must have a valid nursing license and at least 2 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse. Additionally, you should possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Monitor patient health status and provide appropriate interventions as needed
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Educate patients on self-care techniques and disease management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
