Part-Time Sales Manager

Our company is seeking a part-time Sales Manager to join our team in Lahore on an urgent basis. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth. This position is ideal for someone with a flexible schedule, as it is a part-time role.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional campaigns and materials
- Train and manage sales team members to ensure they meet their targets
- Attend networking events and conferences to promote the company's products/services

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Own visa or residency in Lahore (preferred)
- Available for part-time work (10 hours per week)
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field (preferred)

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
