Java Developer


We are a rapidly growing software development company based in Faro, Portugal and we are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining efficient and high-quality software solutions using the Java programming language.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop technical solutions
- Design, code, test, and debug software applications in Java
- Develop and maintain efficient algorithms and data structures
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies in the field of Java development
- Write clean, efficient, well-documented code that adheres to industry standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Java Developer
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
- Proficient in Java programming language and related frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate
- Experience working with databases such as MySQL or Oracle
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Experience developing web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this position.

Location:
This is an on-site position located in Faro, Portugal. Candidates must have the legal right to work in Portugal without sponsorship.
