Senior Architect (Part-time) - Faroe Islands


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in the beautiful Faroe Islands. As a part-time employee, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while still being able to contribute your expertise and knowledge to our projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to create innovative and functional designs
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Communicate effectively with contractors and construction teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and materials for continual improvement of designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a licensed Architect
- Strong proficiency in CAD software, as well as hand sketching and model-making skills
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards in the Faroe Islands
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Danish or Faroese is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.
