Senior Architect - Faroe Islands



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in the beautiful and culturally rich city of Faroe Islands. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of architectural projects, as well as managing a team of architects and designers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative design solutions that meet their requirements
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers, ensuring efficient project execution and timely delivery
- Develop detailed architectural plans, specifications, and budgets for projects
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is in accordance with plans and specifications
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and construction techniques to incorporate into designs
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design concepts, technical issues, and project management

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas to clients, team members, and contractors
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects is preferred.

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary package of $1000 per month along with accommodation in the charming city of Faroe Islands.
