Indian Librarian in Muscat


We are seeking a qualified and experienced Indian Librarian to join our team in Muscat. As a librarian, you will be responsible for managing and organizing our library resources, providing assistance to library patrons, and promoting the use of library services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize all library resources including books, journals, and multimedia materials
- Create cataloging systems for easy access to library resources
- Assist library patrons with finding and using resources effectively
- Promote the use of library services through outreach activities and events
- Ensure the proper maintenance of library equipment and facilities
- Develop and maintain partnerships with other libraries or organizations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a librarian
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must have own visa to work in Oman
