Land Surveyor


As a land surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting precise and accurate measurements of land and its features using specialized equipment and technology. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and developers to provide essential data for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and techniques such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Prepare detailed maps, plans, and reports based on survey data
- Analyze survey results to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify potential challenges or issues related to land boundaries or topography
- Monitor construction progress to ensure that it aligns with survey data
- Keep accurate records of all survey data and maintain proper documentation for future reference
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and technologies related to land surveying

Requirements:
- Degree in Land Surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a land surveyor in a similar role
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and software such as AutoCAD and GIS
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically fit to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to land surveying

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.
