Indian English Speaking Moderator (Contract Position)

We are in search of an Indian English speaking moderator to join our team in Vilnius on a contract basis. As a moderator, you will be responsible for overseeing online discussions and ensuring that all content posted meets our community guidelines. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive issues with tact and professionalism.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions and remove any inappropriate or offensive content
- Engage with community members to facilitate productive and respectful conversations
- Enforce community guidelines and address any violations or disputes
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the community experience
- Stay up-to-date on current events and trends within the community to better understand member perspectives

Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and an Indian language (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, etc.)
- Previous experience in a moderation role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with diplomacy
- Familiarity with online platforms and social media trends
- Own valid visa for working in Lithuania

This is a contract position with a salary of 1400 USD per month. Accommodation will not be provided, so candidates must have their own accommodation arrangements.
