We are a reputable construction company seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to determine property boundaries, topography, and other important information for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various tools and techniques such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Prepare accurate survey reports and maps using computer-aided drafting (CAD) software
- Analyze survey data to create detailed drawings and plans for construction projects
- Identify potential issues or challenges related to land boundaries or topography
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure accuracy of survey data
- Adhere to safety protocols while conducting surveys on construction sites
- Maintain accurate records of all survey data and reports

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics or related field preferred
- Proficient in the use of surveying tools and software such as GPS, total stations, CAD software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills

Preference will be given to candidates who are Kenyan nationals or have authorization to work in Kenya. Accommodation may be provided for out-of-town candidates.
