Milling Machine Operator
Location: Osijek, Croatia


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Milling Machine Operator to join our team in Osijek. As a Milling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating milling machines to produce precision parts according to blueprints and specifications. You will also be responsible for inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and making any necessary adjustments.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines according to blueprints and specifications
- Select proper cutting tools and adjust machine speeds and feeds
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality production
- Inspect finished products for accuracy, completeness, and defects
- Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred
- At least 2 years of experience as a Milling Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of milling machine operations, tools, and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Malayalam or Nepali is a plus
