Senior Architect for a Growing Firm in Moscow, Russia

A growing architectural firm in Moscow is seeking a talented and driven Senior Architect to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month and visa sponsorship for Pakistani candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design process from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Create detailed drawings, models, and renderings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design integrity
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is in line with design plans
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect
- Strong proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with a team

Preference will be given to candidates who:
- Have previous experience working in Moscow or other international locations
- Are fluent in Russian
- Have experience working on large-scale projects
