Our coffee shop in Bungoma, Kenya is seeking a passionate and hardworking Entry-level Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving various coffee drinks, as well as providing excellent customer service to our guests. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Take orders from customers and provide recommendations when needed
- Ensure prompt and accurate service to all customers
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
- Uphold high standards of customer service at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn about different types of coffee drinks
- Attention to detail
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this entry-level position.
