Computer Support Specialist

We are hiring a Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Faisalabad. In this role, you will provide technical support and assistance to computer users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain computer systems and networks. The ideal candidate will have experience in the IT field, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$. Accommodation will not be provided and candidates must have their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to computer users via phone, email or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate complex problems to higher-level support
- Install, configure and maintain computer systems and networks
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates and backups
- Train users on new software or equipment as needed
- Keep records of all support activities for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in IT support or related field
- Solid understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have own visa to work in Faisalabad
