Rental Operations Manager

As a Rental Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our rental company in Dubrovnik. This includes managing rental units, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring efficient operations. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all rental units and ensure they are clean, well-maintained, and properly stocked
- Coordinate with clients to schedule rentals and address any concerns or issues
- Communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies and maintenance services
- Oversee the rental booking system and ensure accuracy of reservations
- Train and manage rental staff to provide excellent customer service
- Monitor rental inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of rental bookings, payments, and expenses
- Develop strategies to improve efficiency and profitability of the rental business

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience in rental management or similar role
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and customer service best practices
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
- Must be able to legally work in Dubrovnik
