Commercial Architect (Moscow, Kenya)


We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Commercial Architect to join our team in Moscow. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing commercial building projects in Kenya, with a focus on creating functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet our clients' needs. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design concepts for commercial buildings
- Create detailed architectural plans, including floor plans, elevations, and sections
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented correctly and within budget
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in commercial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- At least 2 years of experience working as an architect, preferably in commercial projects
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting
- A strong portfolio showcasing your previous commercial projects
