Live-in Caregiver

As a Live-in Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to our elderly clients in their homes. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month, including accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Administer medication as prescribed by the client's doctor
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Accompany clients on appointments and outings
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and cleaning
- Keep track of client's health status and report any changes to the supervisor

Requirements:
- Must be a Canadian citizen or have legal authorization to work in Canada
- Must have completed high school or equivalent
- Previous experience in caregiving is not required, but preferred
- Must be able to provide a clean criminal record check
- Fluent in English (no other language skills required)

- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- Excellent communication skills
- Physically fit and able to assist with lifting and transferring clients if necessary
