We are hiring a skilled Tiler to join our team in Akron! The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing tiles in various settings, such as kitchens, bathrooms, and outdoor spaces. This role requires precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality work. The successful candidate will have experience with different tile types and installation methods. As a Tiler, you will work independently or as part of a team to complete projects within given timeframes.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut tiles to fit specific areas using specialized tools
- Prepare surfaces for tiling by cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesive
- Install tiles in various patterns according to design plans
- Ensure tiles are properly aligned and level using tools like levels and spacers
- Grout tiles and clean excess grout from surfaces
- Repair or replace damaged or broken tiles as needed
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for the project
- Keep track of materials used and maintain inventory levels

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tiler or similar role
- Proficient in working with different tile types such as ceramic, porcelain, marble, etc.
- Familiarity with various tiling techniques including floor/wall tiling, mosaic tiling, etc.
- Knowledge of using specialized tools for cutting and shaping tiles
- Ability to read design plans and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be eligible to work in the USA

Salary: $1500 per month (based on experience)
Work Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Location: Akron (Must be able to commute or relocate)
