Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Os, a bustling city in the heart of the country. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring that everything is well-stocked and in good working condition
- Manage office budgets and expenses, keeping track of invoices and receipts
- Supervise administrative staff members and delegate tasks as needed
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service at all times
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Handle any issues or concerns that arise within the office, finding solutions to problems quickly
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- At least 3 years of experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, staff members, and vendors
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy under tight deadlines
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this position.

This position is located in Os. Candidates must have their own accommodation in the city.
