Elevator Installation Technician



We are a leading elevator installation and maintenance company based in Bergen, seeking an experienced Elevator Installation Technician to join our team. As an Elevator Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining elevators in various buildings and structures. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1000$ per week, with the added benefit of visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Install elevators and related equipment according to blueprints and specifications.
- Conduct routine inspections of elevators to ensure proper functioning.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot any issues with elevators and perform necessary repairs.
- Keep accurate records of all work performed on elevators.
- Communicate with clients to schedule installation or repair appointments.
- Comply with all safety protocols and regulations while working on elevators.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in elevator installation or maintenance.
- Strong mechanical skills and ability to read blueprints.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or training in elevator installation or repair.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to elevators.

Location:
This position is based in Bergen, Norway but we are open to candidates from any nationality who are willing to relocate.
