Nurse Supervisor
As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the nursing staff in a medical facility in Al Ahmadi. Your primary role will be to ensure that quality patient care is being provided by the nursing team. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing nursing policies and procedures, as well as providing guidance and support to the nursing staff.
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Must have a valid nursing license
- Minimum salary of 1300$
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of nursing care within the facility
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the nursing staff
- Coordinate training and development opportunities for nurses
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
- Manage schedules, assignments, and workload distribution for nursing staff
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Monitor patient care plans and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Maintain accurate records of patient care activities and progress notes
- Provide guidance to nurses on complex patient cases or situations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the facility
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in nursing with previous experience in a supervisory or leadership position. You must also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to work well under pressure. A valid nursing license is required.
