Blast Furnace Operator

As a Blast Furnace Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring the blast furnace in order to produce iron and steel. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a hot and noisy environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate the blast furnace according to established procedures
- Monitor temperature, pressure, and other equipment readings
- Adjust controls as needed to maintain optimal conditions
- Monitor raw materials and add them to the furnace as needed
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Communicate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the furnace
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Physical stamina for working in a hot environment for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Location: Osijek, Croatia (This location preference can be flexible for the right candidate)
Salary: $1100 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Note: This job is open to all nationalities. Fluency in English is preferred but not required. Part-time positions may also be available. Freshers with relevant technical education or training are welcome to apply.
