Network and Systems Administrator

A leading IT company in Ufa is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network and Systems Administrator to join our team on a contract basis. Key responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, and other network devices.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Configure and maintain server environments, including virtual machines, storage systems, and backups.
- Conduct regular security audits and implement necessary updates or changes to ensure network security.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, and other system access controls.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to provide technical support for internal users.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in network administration or systems administration.
- Solid understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V).
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in both Russian and English.
