We are hiring a qualified Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Ufa. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining our company's computer systems, networks, and servers. Your main duties will include installing, configuring, and maintaining network hardware and software, monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data security.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure network hardware and software
- Monitor network performance to ensure smooth operations
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely solutions
- Maintain data security by implementing security measures
- Ensure all systems are up-to-date with necessary upgrades
- Collaborate with IT team to develop network policies and procedures
- Monitor system backups and disaster recovery plans
- Provide technical support to end-users on hardware, software, and network-related issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Network or Systems Administrator
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP), LAN/WAN technologies, firewalls, routers, switches, etc.
- Experience with server virtualization technologies (VMware)
- Knowledge of backup software (Veeam) is a plus
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with data backup/recovery practices
- Ability to work well in a team environment
