We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading all architectural design projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on time. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and coordinating with other professionals such as engineers and contractors.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Ability to work within budget constraints and meet project deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for various architectural projects from concept to completion
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and models using relevant software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively
- Oversee a team of architects and provide guidance and feedback as needed
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
