Architectural Designer



We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our team in Washington. In this role, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for a variety of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles and techniques, as well as experience with drafting software and project management.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using drafting software
- Research building codes, regulations, and materials to ensure compliance and quality
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other drafting software
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a team
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
