Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons to students of various ages and skill levels
- Create lesson plans, materials, and activities that are fun, interactive, and promote language learning in a supportive environment
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and techniques to cater to the individual needs of each student
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback on their language development
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency in teaching methods and curriculum delivery

Requirements:
- Native or fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills
- Passion for teaching and helping others improve their English skills
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (TEFL/TESOL certification preferred)
- Previous teaching experience is not required but considered an asset
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if needed
