Our 5-star hotel is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our Filipino cuisine restaurant. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating innovative and authentic dishes that will delight our guests. You will also oversee the kitchen operations, manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff, and ensure high quality standards are maintained.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative menu items that showcase traditional Filipino flavors and modern techniques
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Manage and train a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure high quality standards are consistently met
- Monitor food inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Extensive knowledge of traditional Filipino cuisine and cooking techniques
- Creativity in developing new dishes while maintaining authenticity
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Strong organization skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
