Executive Chef - Filipino Cuisine


Are you an experienced Executive Chef with a passion for Filipino cuisine? Do you have a natural flair for creating delicious and visually stunning dishes? Our upscale restaurant in Las Vegas is seeking an Executive Chef with a strong background in Filipino cuisine to lead our culinary team.

As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, ordering ingredients, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring high-quality food and service. You will also be responsible for creating new menu items and maintaining the quality of existing ones.

To excel in this role, you must have previous experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef specializing in Filipino cuisine. You should also have excellent leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure. A degree or certification in culinary arts is preferred but not required.

In addition to your culinary skills, you must possess strong managerial and organizational abilities to effectively run our busy kitchen. You should also have extensive knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

This position offers a competitive salary of $1800 per month, as well as visa sponsorship for qualified candidates. We welcome applicants from all nationalities, but fluency in English is preferred.
