Merchandiser for Global Retail Brand in Bungoma

As a Merchandiser for our global retail brand in Bungoma, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and marketed effectively in stores. This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with store managers to create visually appealing product displays
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are well-stocked on shelves
- Implement marketing strategies to increase product visibility and sales
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences
- Communicate with headquarters to provide feedback on product performance and customer feedback
- Train store staff on product features and benefits
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with brand guidelines
- Troubleshoot any issues or concerns raised by stores regarding products or displays

Requirements:
- No previous experience required, but familiarity with merchandising or retail is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English (Swahili is a plus)
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box for effective displays
- Must be able to work flexible hours and travel within Bungoma as needed
