We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Follow recipes and ensure consistency in product quality
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Order and maintain inventory of baking supplies
- Train and supervise assistant bakers

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a baker or pastry chef
- Knowledge of baking techniques and measurements
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time management skills
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Good communication skills in English
