Construction Project Manager

We are in need of an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing team in Malindi. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, timelines, resources, and ensuring that all work is completed within quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage construction projects from beginning to end
- Develop project plans and schedules, including budget estimates
- Identify and coordinate necessary resources such as materials, equipment, labor, etc.
- Communicate with contractors, subcontractors and other stakeholders throughout the project
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and other legal requirements
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review and approve project designs, plans and specifications
- Prepare progress reports for clients and upper management
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure high standards are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary for this position is $1400 per month. Filipinos are preferred but all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply. This is a full-time position with free visa sponsorship and ticket provided. Accommodation can be arranged if needed. English proficiency is required. Part-time positions will not be considered for this role.
