We are currently hiring for the position of Land Surveyor in Shan, India. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine exact locations and measurements of points, elevations, lines, areas, and contours on or near the Earth's surface. This role requires attention to detail, strong mathematical skills, and proficiency in using surveying tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to gather data on land features and boundaries
- Analyze survey data using computer software and prepare reports
- Create maps and charts based on survey data
- Use specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and digital levels to measure distances and angles
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all survey measurements
- Communicate with team members to coordinate survey activities
- Follow safety protocols while working on job sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying tools and software such as AutoCAD or GIS
- Strong mathematical skills
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of land laws and regulations
