We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Shan, Kenya. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for measuring and mapping the land to determine its boundaries and location. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide accurate data for site development projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in land surveying and possess strong technical skills. This position does not include accommodation but offers a competitive salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries and location
- Use specialized equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and aerial photography to collect data
- Create maps and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide accurate data for project planning and development
- Review existing property records to ensure accuracy of measurements
- Prepare reports on survey findings and present them to clients or project managers
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, equipment, and software (CAD)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients, project managers, and other professionals
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Physical fitness for working outdoors in various weather conditions
