Restaurant Manager



We are in search of a dynamic and skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team in Karachi. As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. This is a seasonal job with a competitive salary of 1500$.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of the restaurant, including menu selection, ordering supplies, hiring and training staff, and creating schedules
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction
- Address customer complaints promptly and effectively to maintain a positive dining experience
- Manage inventory levels and control costs by implementing efficient systems for ordering supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Conduct performance evaluations for staff members and provide feedback for improvement
- Create a welcoming environment for guests by maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked restaurant

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field is preferred
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
