A reputable restaurant in Karachi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high food quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the restaurant including staff management, inventory management, and budgeting
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Train and develop staff to maintain high levels of performance and uphold company standards
- Maintain food quality standards by conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective measures when necessary
- Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients at competitive prices
- Create schedules for staff based on business needs while also managing labor costs effectively
- Monitor financial performance by analyzing sales data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to increase revenue

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of inventory management, budgeting, and cost control strategies
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Urdu would be an advantage)
- Familiarity with local food safety regulations
