Plasterboard Worker

We are hiring a skilled Plasterboard Worker to join our team in Almada. As a Plasterboard Worker, you will be responsible for installing and repairing plasterboard walls and ceilings in residential and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut plasterboard to fit specific areas
- Install plasterboard on walls and ceilings using appropriate tools and techniques
- Repair damaged plasterboard by filling holes, cracks, and seams
- Apply tape and joint compound to create smooth finishes
- Sand surfaces to create a smooth, even surface
- Install insulation behind plasterboard as needed
- Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in plastering or drywall installation preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different types of plasterboards, adhesives, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Good communication skills

Salary: $1200 per month
