Commercial Architect in Fonvieille, France

As a Commercial Architect in Fonvieille, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. Your main goal will be to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of clients and comply with building codes and regulations. You will work closely with clients, contractors, engineers, and other architects to develop plans that meet their specific requirements.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of commercial design principles, building materials, and construction techniques. You must also have excellent project management skills and be able to effectively communicate your ideas to clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their design needs and budget constraints
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other architects on project development
- Review project proposals, contracts, and specifications to ensure accuracy
- Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to plans and deadlines
- Solve any issues or problems that arise during the construction process
- Conduct site visits as needed to oversee progress and address any concerns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and codes/regulations
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
to clients and team members
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
