Job Title: Construction Manager

We are currently hiring a skilled Construction Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects in Chelyabinsk. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry, strong leadership abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of project management principles.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
- Identify potential risks and implement proactive measures to mitigate them
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Hire and supervise construction staff, including contractors and subcontractors
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Prepare progress reports for senior management and clients
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, techniques, materials, and equipment
- Familiarity with safety regulations and building codes
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in Russian (English proficiency is a plus)
