Our busy cafe in Izhevsk is seeking a skilled and energetic Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee beverages according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including work stations, equipment, and dining area
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Stock and restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a barista preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed
- Must be legally eligible to work in Izhevsk without sponsorship or visa assistance

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
