Concierge for a Boutique Hotel in Acre, Israel


We are in search of a highly professional and customer-oriented Concierge to join our boutique hotel in the beautiful city of Acre, Israel. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by assisting them with their needs and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants or other venues
- Arrange transportation services for guests as needed
- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain an organized inventory of hotel amenities and supplies
- Coordinate special requests such as floral arrangements or room decorations
- Offer personalized services to VIP guests and maintain their privacy

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Fluent English language skills are required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with local attractions and restaurants
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work on weekends or late shifts as needed
